Please read these terms carefully before engaging with JKYL Medical for OEM/ODM manufacturing and procurement services.

Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to JKYL Medical. By accessing our website, requesting quotations, or placing purchase orders for our medical devices (including spine boards, stretchers, and water rescue equipment), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Client," "Buyer," or "Distributor") and JKYL Medical (the "Manufacturer," "We," or "Us"), located in Jingfeng Town, Zhangjiagang City, Jiangsu Province.
B2B & OEM/ODM Scope
Wholesale Only: JKYL Medical operates strictly as a B2B (Business-to-Business) manufacturer. We do not sell directly to individual end-users or patients. Our clients are primarily hospitals, distributors, trading companies, government agencies, and authorized equipment dealers.
OEM/ODM Services: We specialize in Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM) and Original Design Manufacturing (ODM).
- OEM: Manufacturing products based on the Client's design specifications, logos, and branding.
- ODM: Manufacturing products based on JKYL Medical's existing designs, rebranded for the Client.
Orders & Production
Sample Confirmation
For all custom OEM orders, a pre-production sample or detailed technical drawing must be approved in writing by the Client before mass production begins. JKYL Medical is not responsible for discrepancies if the final product matches the approved sample.
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): Specific MOQs apply to different product lines (e.g., standard spine boards vs. custom basket stretchers). Orders below MOQ may be subject to additional handling fees or declined.
Lead Time: Estimated production times (typically 15-45 days) are provided in the Proforma Invoice (PI). Lead times commence upon receipt of the deposit and confirmation of all technical details.
Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in a specific contract, our standard payment terms are:
- Telegraphic Transfer (T/T): 30% deposit required to initiate production, with the remaining 70% balance due prior to shipment or against the Bill of Lading (B/L) copy, depending on the agreed Incoterms.
- Letter of Credit (L/C): Irrevocable L/C at sight is accepted for orders exceeding $30,000 USD, subject to bank approval.
Note: All bank charges and transfer fees outside of China are the responsibility of the Client.
Shipping & Delivery
We support global logistics under standard Incoterms 2020 (EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP).
FOB (Free On Board)
JKYL Medical handles export customs clearance and loading at the designated Chinese port (usually Shanghai or Zhangjiagang). Risk transfers to the Client once goods are on board.
Packaging
Standard export packaging (reinforced cartons or wooden crates) is used. Special packaging requests for retail display must be specified during the quotation phase.
Quality Assurance & Warranty
Standards: Our manufacturing facilities operate under ISO 13485 quality management systems. Products are CE and FDA compliant where applicable.
Warranty Period:
- Metal Structures (Stretchers): 24 Months
- Plastic Products (Spine Boards): 12 Months
- Textiles & Consumables: 6 Months
Claims: In the event of a manufacturing defect, the Client must provide photographic or video evidence within 30 days of receiving the cargo. JKYL Medical will provide free replacement parts or units in the next shipment. We do not cover damage caused by misuse, improper storage, or unauthorized modification.
Intellectual Property
Client IP: Any designs, molds, or logos provided by the Client for OEM production remain the sole property of the Client. JKYL Medical agrees not to sell or distribute these specific customized items to third parties without permission.
JKYL IP: The structural design, patents, and technical documentation of our standard ODM products remain the property of JKYL Medical.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JKYL Medical shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising out of the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms or the products shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
